Job Summary
An insurance company is filling a position for a Telecommute AMS Client Leader.
Must be able to:
- Facilitate and or assist with group meetings via WebEx and telephonically as needed
- Acquire and maintain working knowledge of multiple platform specific knowledge
- Dedicated Point of Contact for AMS Customers
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Travel 25 % of the Time
- Bachelor's Degree or High School Diploma / GED and 5 years of equivalent experience
- 5 years experience analyzing and solving customer problems
- 5 years experience in Healthcare reimbursement, claims, procedure and diagnosis coding knowledge
- Proficiency with MS Office applications
