Job Summary
A technology company is seeking a Telecommute AMS Core Services Practice Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Managing and supporting their direct reports (Practitioner, Technical and Process Consultants) in order to develop and maintain a high performing teams
- Acting as the First Level of Escalation for Resource Issues
- Practicing Resource Allocations, Development Plans and MBO (for direct reports)
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Domestic and International travel required up to 50%
- Undergraduate in Communications, Business or equivalent qualification through 5+ years of experience
- 5+ years of leadership experience in a professional services organization
- 5+ years of experience building and managing diverse, global high performing teams
- Industry certifications that include:ServiceNow AdministratorITIL v3 Foundation and/or Advanced ITIL CertificationsPMP, Agile, and/or Scaled Agile
- Understanding and basic use of development tools and/or software, such as:ServiceNow PlatformMS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)MS VisioMS ProjectAdobe Professional
