Job Summary

A technology company is seeking a Telecommute AMS Core Services Practice Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing and supporting their direct reports (Practitioner, Technical and Process Consultants) in order to develop and maintain a high performing teams
  • Acting as the First Level of Escalation for Resource Issues
  • Practicing Resource Allocations, Development Plans and MBO (for direct reports)

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Domestic and International travel required up to 50%
  • Undergraduate in Communications, Business or equivalent qualification through 5+ years of experience
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in a professional services organization
  • 5+ years of experience building and managing diverse, global high performing teams
  • Industry certifications that include:ServiceNow AdministratorITIL v3 Foundation and/or Advanced ITIL CertificationsPMP, Agile, and/or Scaled Agile
  • Understanding and basic use of development tools and/or software, such as:ServiceNow PlatformMS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)MS VisioMS ProjectAdobe Professional
