Job Summary

A non-profit organization focused on providing adoption, spay/neuter services has an open position for a Telecommute Annual Giving Officer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Cultivating relationships with individual middle donors
  • Being the personal point of contact for BFAS
  • Soliciting and securing unrestricted annual gifts

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Up to 25% travel required
  • 7 years fundraising or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of companion animal welfare, sheltering, and rescue work
  • Experience with NYC Benefit table, ticket sales, live and silent auctions
  • Above average technical skills (Google, Window, Word)
  • Experience with major donor cultivation, solicitation, and Nonprofit events
