Job Summary

A healthcare and retail pharmacy company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Appeal and Grievance Analyst.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Negotiate, execute, review, and analyze contracts
  • Handle dispute resolution and settlement negotiations
  • Negotiate, execute, review, and analyze contracts

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 3-5 years related experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Knowledge of competitor strategies, complex contracting options, etc
  • Proven and proficient negotiating skills.
  • Experience in reading or researching benefit language
  • 1-2 years experience that includes but is not limited too claim platforms, products, etc
