Job Summary

A software company has an open position for a Telecommute Application Development Manager in the Charlotte Area.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Partnering with Product Manager to ideate, develop, and deploy innovative and high-value product solutions
  • Ensuring responsive handling of all escalated Support requests
  • Leading, evaluating, and developing Developer/Engineer team members

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Ability to travel up to 10% (Charlotte-based)/25% (non Charlotte-based)
  • 3+ years experience as a Development or Engineering Manager in a B2B or B2C software application development environment
  • 3+ years experience architecting web-based applications, including frontend and backend
  • 5+ years experience developing business applications in the .NET Framework/MVC
  • 5+ years experience with Microsoft SQL Server
  • 2+ years experience with HTML/CSS, Bootstrap, and jQuery
