A mortgage technology solutions company is in need of a Telecommute Application Solutions Analyst in Denver.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Acting as the communication point externally for customers as well as takes escalations from customers on customer support issues
- Working in the most efficient manner to provide timely solutions to the customers
- Supporting the customer base across the supported applications
Qualifications for this position include:
- 3 or more year years providing analytical and or customer support for software applications
- 3 or more years working directly for a lending institution in a business or lending software products
- Minimum of 1 year of experience with internet and network technologies
- Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
- Process focused mindset Results oriented attitude
