A mortgage technology solutions company is in need of a Telecommute Application Solutions Analyst in Denver.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Acting as the communication point externally for customers as well as takes escalations from customers on customer support issues
  • Working in the most efficient manner to provide timely solutions to the customers
  • Supporting the customer base across the supported applications

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 3 or more year years providing analytical and or customer support for software applications
  • 3 or more years working directly for a lending institution in a business or lending software products
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience with internet and network technologies
