Job Summary

Global pioneer in next generation automated customer experience testing is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Application Support Engineer.

Must be able to:

  • Support voice application products such, as an IVR application, Genesys, Avaya, Nortel, or carrier (Reliance, Airtel, etc)
  • Run and execute queries and using SQL Management Studio
  • Trace calls using application logs; for example, Wireshark traces and/or carrier traces

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • VMWare ESXi host and VM implementation and administration
  • Knowledge and experience using Cisco networking routers/switches
  • Experience with Cisco CCVP
  • Experience with Windows Server 2012
