Job Summary
Global pioneer in next generation automated customer experience testing is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Application Support Engineer.
Must be able to:
- Support voice application products such, as an IVR application, Genesys, Avaya, Nortel, or carrier (Reliance, Airtel, etc)
- Run and execute queries and using SQL Management Studio
- Trace calls using application logs; for example, Wireshark traces and/or carrier traces
Skills and Requirements Include:
- VMWare ESXi host and VM implementation and administration
- Knowledge and experience using Cisco networking routers/switches
- Experience with Cisco CCVP
- Experience with Windows Server 2012
