A staffing firm has an open position for a Telecommute Application Support Generalist in Kennesaw.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide support and maintenance of on-premises and cloud based enterprise applications
- Work closely with multiple internal teams across disparate groups
- Update and resolve service request and tickets in a timely and professional manner
Qualifications for this position include:
- This position will telecommute for the short term and then required on-site
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2 years of job related experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience installing and supporting cloud based and on-premises enterprise applications
