Job Summary

A pharmaceutical company is in need of a Telecommute Architecture Sales Enablement Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Developing a method to understand current and future business requirements
  • Owning design and architecture of CRMs, sales enablement and related platforms
  • Supporting application owners and business partners in the delivery of value-adding configurations

Required Skills:

  • 12+ years of experience managing large projects/programs
  • 5+ years of experience in deploying sales enablement, closed loop marketing and sales data technology
  • Strong interpersonal skills and evidence of enabling teamwork in a matrix environment
  • Proven ability to build coalitions and develop strong partnerships across functions
  • Strong diplomacy skills; able to navigate a difficult political environment
