Job Summary
A manufacturer has an open position for a Telecommute Area Sales Manager in the Detroit Area.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Conducting sales appointments to existing and prospective customers
- Developing and maintaining a sales plan for assigned territory
- Generating and presenting written quotations and proposals to customers
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel approximately 50%
- 4 year technical or engineering degree or 5 additional years of experience selling drives or motion control
- 5 years of experience selling drives or motion control
- Previous experience working with and ability to manage Distribution
- Previous experience selling automation solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
