Job Summary
An information technology company is in need of a Telecommute Army Enterprise ITSM Process Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Coordinate, standardize, and lead a single major ITIL process
- Proactively execute ITIL framework in the EITaaS environment
- Develop and manage process plans
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Travel by land or air transportation 25%
- Clearance: Secret
- IAM I (Certified Authorization Professional (CAP) or CompTIA Security+ CE) certifications
- ITIL Intermediate level certification within assigned process
- Bachelor’s degree with 7 years’ experience
