Job Summary

A financial technology company is in need of a Telecommute Art Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Elevating the design practice
• Partnering with marketing and customer success teams to deliver campaigns
• Setting and achieving campaign success metrics

Qualifications Include:

• 5+ years of design experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Expertise using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Figma
• Experience leading or mentoring other designers
• Ability to use research & insights, personas, and data to inform design decisions
• Exceptional design skills in composition, color theory, typography, visual hierarchy
