Job Summary

A higher education system has an open position for a Telecommute Arts and Education School Doctoral Dissertation Chair.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Assisting the student in selecting and refining the dissertation topic
• Guiding the development of the project goals and timelines
• Guiding the student through the iterative revisions of the dissertation

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Have experience serving on doctoral dissertation committees, including serving as Chair
• Hold a doctorate in educational leadership, organizational leadership, information technology and distance education
• Have evidence of experience conducting research
• Have demonstrated teaching excellence and the monitoring of student progress in online settings
