Job Summary

A healthcare insurance provider has an open position for a Telecommute Assistant General Counsel.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Performing informal dispute resolution (pre-litigation)
• Overseeing contract management software and workflows for all business units
• Managing other attorneys and/or paraprofessionals

Qualifications for this position include:

• Active license to practice law (as a member in good standing) in at least one, relevant U.S. state required
• 7 years of experience in Healthcare law, contracts, and regulation
• Juris Doctor (JD) Law required
