Job Summary
A healthcare company is in need of a Telecommute Associate Business Process Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Leading, prioritizing, and executing new implementations and enhancing existing instances
- Managing the internal and external IT partnerships to ensure system stability
- Gauging and reporting on current usage for access, query and overall system interaction
Position Requirements Include:
- 5+ years managing vendor relationships
- 5+ years leading people and teams
- 3+ years experience in data analysis, reporting/business intelligence, or statistical modeling
- 3+ years in a consumer experience (or similar) role creating insights and influencing decision makers
- 2+ years of Speech Analytics experience (preferably Nexidia environment)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
