Job Summary
A financial technology development company is seeking a Telecommute Associate Data Scientist in Draper.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Enhance processes, and controls for mitigating risk exposure and preventing credit loss, and fraud
- Develop and maintain logic and scanners to detect risk patterns at the account level in the portfolio
- Help create and maintain regular portfolio level reporting
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High proficiency in data mining and exploration
- Experience in data and statistical programming, in particular SQL and SAS, R, or Python
- Experience in developing effective interactive dashboards and visualizations
- Strong ability to gain insights from data and influence business results
- Strong communication and partnership skills
