Job Summary
A faith-based healthcare organization is filling a position for a Telecommute Associate Engagement Talent Attraction Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Participating in national strategy sessions working with cross-functional teams to develop and implement initiatives
- Promoting and socializing these programs throughout the organization to drive awareness and adoption
- Researching, collecting and converting data into recommendations to support strategic vision
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required
- 3+ years of experience working on employee engagement and/or employee referral programs
- Prior experience with technology platforms supporting these programs helpful
- Ability to communicate successfully across the organization, both verbally and in writing
