Job Summary
A travel management company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Associate Travel Operations Manager in Phoenix.
Must be able to:
- Perform administrative activities associated with effective management of operations
- Train and manage agent productivity, accuracy of work and attendance of staff
- Monitor agent bookings of all air, hotel, rail and ground transportation
Qualifications for this position include:
- Strong working knowledge as a booking agent
- Experience in managing business functions as well as leading others
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Working knowledge of a GDS System
- Excellent industry knowledge and reservation skills
- Knowledge of ticketing procedures
