Job Summary
A healthcare company has a current position open for a Telecommute Automated Conveyors Mechanical Design Engineer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Leading and owning design, development and commercialization of new engineering modules to be included in an automated conveyor setting
- Gathering voice of the customer on potential designs and improvements
- Creating and assessing engineering requirements for new modules, stations and designs
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Travel: Yes, 50% of the Time
- BS degree or equivalent experience in mechanical and system design
- 4+ years Mechanical Engineering experience
- Proficient with AutoCAD
- Strong analytical and Excel skills as well as problem-solving skills with attention to details
- Self-motivated and willing to be a change agent facilitating improvements across the department and organization
