Job Summary

An automotive e-commerce company is filling a position for a Telecommute Automotive Customer Support Representative.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Assisting our internal and external customers with everything from answering simple questions to troubleshooting highly complex problems
  • Managing issues from the first report through their resolution, keeping customers and stakeholders in the loop throughout the process
  • Working directly with product and engineering teams to resolve bugs as needed

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Ability to read and understand HTML, JSON, and CSS
  • Ability to think through and solve complex technical problems
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time and competing priorities effectively
  • Demonstrated mindet that is technically minded, meticulous, articulate, and unintimidated by difficult and often ambiguous problems
  • Ability to communicate effectively with any audience, from executives, to engineers, non-technical customers, and other internal teams
  • Ability to identify areas of improvement and own projects to address them
