- Leading and executing a recruiting strategy that takes into account need to hire top professionals
- Partnering with hiring managers to recruit top talent, targeting high-performing candidates
- Developing effective interview plans to support hiring managers with their decision process
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 3+ years of high volume recruiting experience averaging 30+ requisitions
- Must have demonstrated experience performing full-lifecycle recruitment for various levels nationwide
- 1+ years of in-house recruiting experience
- Ability and desire to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume, collaborative environment
- Outstanding verbal and written communication
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
