Job Summary

A staffing agency is filling a position for a Telecommute Avaya and Verint Development Engineer in Atlanta.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, implement, and support technical projects
  • Leverage the latest Verint Version 15 software
  • Act as the SME in the migration/upgrade of Verint V11 to V15 WFO/WFM and recording platform

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Verint Version 15.x experience
  • Avaya WFO or Verint 360 Workforce Optimization Suite experience
  • Understanding of API's and how to integrate web based call center applications
  • Experience in core platform administration duties
