Job Summary

An American managed health care company has a current position open for a Telecommute Account Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Successfully support segment and regional Account Teams through installations and renewals and ensure ongoing plan sponsor satisfaction
• Initiate activities that lead to the expansion of existing accounts into new markets
• Develop company tools and processes for the account management function (installation and service), including tools that can be useful for all plan sponsors

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• 7-10 years progressively responsible, relevant experience within the health insurance industry
• Proven experience successfully collaborating across a variety of areas to manage projects, complete critical deliverables and resolve issues
• Previous experience developing material and presenting to external audiences and/or executive leadership
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
