A bank needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Banking Call Center Service Representative.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting customers with questions regarding banking needs
- Handling customer service inquiries and problems via telephone
- Interacting with other departments, clients and prospective clients
Qualifications for this position include:
- Good keyboarding and communication skills, both verbal and written
