Job Summary

A consumer goods company that produces a modern hair wellness brand has a current position open for a Telecommute Social Content and Community Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Developing, implementing and managing the company's social media strategy
  • Defining the most important social media KPIs, and measuring social media campaign success
  • Creating new content franchises to engage the product's community

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 2-3 years’ experience in beauty/DTC
  • Deep understanding of data
  • Amazing storyteller: excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent in all latest social media platform and plug-ins
  • Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
  • Deep experience in community relations
