Job Summary

A healthcare company is seeking a Telecommute Behavioral Case Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Working telephonically with patients identified as high risk
  • Coordinating case management functions with other departmental functions as assigned
  • Conducting appropriate knowledge/education and interventions for members defined to be at risk

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Master’s degree in Behavioral Health
  • 3+ years of case and/or utilization management experience
  • Experience in psychiatric and medical health care settings
  • Working knowledge of utilization review procedures
  • Familiarity with mental health community resources
  • Unrestricted license as a LIMHP, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PhD, PsyD or RN
