Job Summary

A healthcare company is seeking a Telecommute Behavioral Health Care Navigator.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Providing disease and intensive care management services for Medicaid beneficiaries
• Conducting telephonic and/or face-to-face independent assessment of the needs
• Conducting the independent assessments with the use of standardized assessment tools

Required Skills:

• 25% travel
• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or related mental health field
• Independent Mental Health License
• Licenses must be active and unrestricted in the state of Alaska
• Community behavioral health and/or public sector and Medicaid experience
• 3+ years direct clinical experience in a behavioral health setting
