Job Summary

An insurance provider is seeking a Telecommute Behavioral Health Case Management Coordinator.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Coordinating and implementing assigned care plan activities and monitors care plan progress
• Conducting comprehensive evaluation of referred member's needs/eligibility
• Identifying and escalating quality of care issues through established channels

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• 10 - 25% Travel
• Bachelor's degree required or non-licensed master level clinician required
• 2+ years experience in behavioral health, social services or appropriate related field
