Job Summary

A health service company has an open position for a Telecommute Behavioral Health Clinician in Nashville.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Performing a screening assessment on each assigned patient
• Assessing patients via tele-mental health services
• Completing a note documenting contact with collateral informants

Qualifications Include:

• Master’s Degree required or RN license in lieu of degree
• Licensed in Utah, Idaho, or Alaska as a Professional Counselor, LPC, CSW, or LCSW
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in psychosocial assessment, preferably within an emergency medical model
