Job Summary

An automotive retailer is in need of a Telecommute Benefits Specialist in Charlotte.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing customer service support to teammate and HR manager benefit inquiries and issues
  • Researching data issues and participant escalations and work with vendors on resolutions
  • Tracking and managing employee transactions

Qualifications Include:

  • 2 to 4-years of benefits experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Access Database
  • Ability to manipulate large volumes of data, determine trends, knowledge of HRIS systems
  • Working knowledge of principles and practices of health and welfare programs
