As a Team Leader you will oversee the project and supervise daily operations in order to ensure good results. Responsibilities:

- Meet with customers over the phone regularly
- Use databases to monitor results
- Analyze and solve any problems which may occur
- Report data, communicate feedback and issues to Project Managers
- Assist HR to recruit team members

Qualifications:

- Native Arabic speaker (candidates from Egypt)
- Excellent working proficiency in English
- Fantastic interpersonal and communication skills
- At least two years of work experience, IT background highly valued
- Strong leadership qualities
- Bachelor degree
- Committed to meeting deadlines
- Familiar with MS Office
- Responsible and strong under pressure
- Interest in IT solutions, IT and Web literate
- Professional manner and presentation
