Job Summary

A telecommunications company has a current position open for a Telecommute Bilingual Arabic Telecommunications Customer Experience Representative.

Must be able to:

  • Communicating the value of our products and share ways for customers to get the most from company
  • Engaging with a diverse consumer base to provide solutions for customer needs and technical issues
  • Establishing long-term customer relationships

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
  • Six months of related customer service and troubleshooting experience and/or training
  • Openness to being coachable and a desire to learn new techniques
  • Ability to navigate company communications and programs in English while speaking with customers in Arabic and English
  • Ability to work and remain engaged on the phone throughout the entirety of shift
  • Ability to accommodate back-to-back phone calls throughout the entirely of shift
