Job Summary
A leader in outsourced, omnichannel, customer experience management is in need of a Telecommute Bilingual Customer Service Agent.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Handling and carefully responding to all customer inquiries
- Providing excellent customer service through active listening
- Working with confidential customer information
Qualifications Include:
- Bilingual and Fluent In: Spanish OR French
- 6 months of prior customer service experience
- Ability to type 25 wpm
- High School Graduate or GED
- Proficiency with desktop computer system and Internet skills
