Job Summary
An outsourced, omnichannel, customer experience management provider needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Bilingual Customer Service Agent.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Handling and responding to all customer inquiries
- Providing excellent customer service through active listening
- Working with confidential customer information
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bilingual and Fluent In: Spanish OR French
- 6 months of prior customer service experience
- Ability to type 25 wpm
- High School Graduate or GED
- Proficiency with desktop computer system and Internet skills
