Job Summary

A multicultural education platform is filling a position for a Telecommute Bilingual English and Spanish Customer Success Representative.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Review and approve learning content from students and teachers
  • Answer online chat messages quickly
  • Answer emails from customers to resolve issues

Required Skills:

  • Ability to be onsite, with flexibility to work remotely once a week
