Job Summary
A healthcare system is seeking a Telecommute Bilingual English and Spanish Pediatric Nurse Case Manager I in Miami.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Ensuring member access to services appropriate to their health needs
- Coordinating internal and external resources to meet identified need
- Interfacing with Medical Directors and Physician Advisors on the development of care management treatment plan
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Requires BA/BS in a health related field and minimum of 3 years of clinical experience
- 2 years of experience in pediatrics and Bilingual English and Spanish required
- Current, unrestricted RN license in applicable state(s) required
