A social network is in need of a Telecommute Bilingual German and English Community Support Specialist in New York City.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Sending a member directions for uploading photos on the iOS app
- Troubleshooting with an organizer who isn't receiving push notifications to her phone
- Chatting with developers about how a new feature might impact members and organizers
