Job Summary

A hotel group is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Bilingual German or Italian Customer Escalations Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing phone support to customers
  • Answering general questions about how the service works
  • Resolving billing and booking issues in a real-time, non-scripted environment

Position Requirements Include:

  • Native or Full professional fluency in German, French or Italian
  • Reliable High-Speed Internet connection
  • At least one year of high-volume call center experience
  • Tech-savvy and proficient with iPhone and Android
