Job Summary

A language translation software developer is in need of a Telecommute Bilingual Indonesian Terminologist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Creating linguistic resources (LRs), such as glossaries and translation memories
  • Translating the source terms of LRs to your native language
  • Optimizing and updating existing LRs in order to guarantee quality assurance

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Native Indonesian and fluent English
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in translation or related disciplines
  • Advanced knowledge of terminology/localization theory and practice
  • Technical skills and good knowledge in linguistic analysis, NLP and AI
  • Proficiency in the use, creation, and management of terminology databases
  • Able to quickly grasp technical concepts and to learn in­house tools
