Job Summary

An online retailer needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Bilingual Japanese Technical Support Associate.

Must be able to:

  • Provide outstanding technical support for Amazon.com customers in Japanese
  • Communicate about Digital, Devices, and other technical products via phone, chat, and email
  • Support a varying work schedule to meet our business and customer needs

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • MUST BE FLUENT IN JAPANESE AND ENGLISH
  • Previous technical training
  • Previous technical experience with digital devices
  • Previous call center experience
  • You may not reside in a ZIP code that is 50 miles or less from one of our physical Customer Service Sites
