Job Summary

A research institute needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Bilingual Mandarin and English Telephone Interviewer in Newark.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Contact health plan call centers across the country to help evaluate healthcare compliance
• Be on the phone the full shift and be comfortable making a high volume of calls with specific time constraints
• Read questions clearly and verbatim to the participant

Qualifications Include:

• Qualified candidates must be available to work during the company's full shift hours
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to read and speak English and Mandarin fluently
• Landline with telephone service required
• Must be able to connect via an Ethernet cable connection
• Proficiency with troubleshooting and using computers
• Must be able to pass a background check
