Job Summary

A managed services provider is seeking a Telecommute Bilingual Mandarin Customer Service Representative II in Atlanta.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Perform/handle outbound or inbound customer and/or client communications
  • Interact with customers via various methods of communication
  • Utilize clients third parties to provide the entitled service

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Previous customer service experience within a Contact Center
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bilingual in Mandarin/English and ability to work Singapore business hours
  • Ability to understand and utilize a database and Microsoft Office programs
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
