Job Summary
A managed services provider is seeking a Telecommute Bilingual Mandarin Customer Service Representative II in Atlanta.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Perform/handle outbound or inbound customer and/or client communications
- Interact with customers via various methods of communication
- Utilize clients third parties to provide the entitled service
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Previous customer service experience within a Contact Center
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual in Mandarin/English and ability to work Singapore business hours
- Ability to understand and utilize a database and Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
