Job Summary

An asset management and business processing solutions company has an open position for a Telecommute Bilingual Mandarin Customer Service Representative in Miami.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Managing inbound and outbound calls and performing data entry related to a new program
  • Assisting customers by researching their account
  • Providing customers prompt and accurate information in a courteous and professional manner

Required Skills:

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D
  • Must be bilingual (fluent in both Mandarin and English)
  • Applicants must reside within 1-1.5 hours of Miami, FL for computer equipment pick up
  • Experience in servicing customers with professionalism, diplomacy and consideration for the customer’s requests or concern
  • Excellent PC and internet navigation skills
