Job Summary
An asset management and business processing solutions company has an open position for a Telecommute Bilingual Mandarin Customer Service Representative in Miami.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing inbound and outbound calls and performing data entry related to a new program
- Assisting customers by researching their account
- Providing customers prompt and accurate information in a courteous and professional manner
Required Skills:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D
- Must be bilingual (fluent in both Mandarin and English)
- Applicants must reside within 1-1.5 hours of Miami, FL for computer equipment pick up
- Experience in servicing customers with professionalism, diplomacy and consideration for the customer’s requests or concern
- Excellent PC and internet navigation skills
