Job Summary

A telecommunications company is in need of a Telecommute Bilingual Mandarin Telecommunications Customer Experience Representative.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Take back-to-back phone calls from internal customers nationwide
  • Assist them with questions regarding work order modifications
  • Meet or exceed minimum performance standards

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Must meet home office requirements listed by company
  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
  • Proficiently utilize Windows OS (XP, 7, 8, 10) and internet search engines
  • Ability to problem solve and use resources on proprietary software/tools
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision in a remote location
