Job Summary
A non-profit organization is filling a position for a Telecommute Bilingual Modern Arabic Case Investigator and Contact Tracer in San Francisco.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Acting as primary point person to call people with a positive diagnostic test for COVID-19
- Communicating with cases and/or contacts in a cultural and linguistically appropriate, professional, and empathetic manner
- Collecting and recording information from the interview with cases and/or contacts
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bilingual/fluency (read/write/speak) in Modern Standard Arabic
- Ability to exhibit a professional, positive attitude and work ethic
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to interact professionally with culturally diverse individuals during a time of crisis and distress
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
