Job Summary

A healthcare company has an open position for a Telecommute Bilingual Russian New York Licensed LPN Program Engagement Coordinator.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Supporting ongoing member and caregiver engagement within the company healthcare program
  • Responding to inbound calls from members and caregivers regarding use of both the mobile and tablet-based application
  • Tracking all outreach activities to facilitate consistent reporting and insight into most effective re-engagement strategies

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 1-3 years of healthcare industry experience
  • Current NY LPN License and is comfortable not performing clinical work in this role
  • Passion about healthcare and affecting change in the current healthcare environment
  • A strong proficiency in computer software navigation
  • A fundamental knowledge of GSuite
