Job Summary
A digital media company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Bilingual Polish Customer Experience Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Assist customers with pay-per-view orders, change programming packages, equipment upgrades
- Offer existing customers additional programming, and promote products and services
- Accurately respond to questions and assist customers (internal and external) with product features, installation, setup, and troubleshooting
Qualifications Include:
- Bilingual proficiency-fluent in English and Polish
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- Proficiently utilize Windows OS (XP, 7, 8, 10) and internet search engines
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
