Job Summary
A commercial roofing company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Bilingual Spanish and English Commercial Roofing Project Manager in Lakeland.
Must be able to:
- Manage and monitor all project costs to meet budgetary guidelines
- Manage multiple projects from pre-construction meetings to completion
- Schedule project inspections and manage job through to completion
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Travel required
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish
- 7 years leading multiple Commercial Roofing projects required
- A good driving record is necessary for this position
- Must be able to climb a ladder; position may require lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to pass drug screen and a criminal background check
