A contact center and outsourced customer management solutions company is seeking a Telecommute Bilingual Spanish Contact Center Customer Service Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Handling a high volume of incoming calls
  • Assessing and fulfilling customer needs
  • Educating customers regarding products and services

Position Requirements Include:

  • Fluent in verbal, written, and communication skills in Spanish
  • Stable work history
  • Strong detail orientation and excellent communication/listening skills
  • Ability to pass all skill assessments
  • Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
  • Schedule flexibility to include weekends, evenings, holidays, and overtime
