A staffing company needs applicants for an opening for a Bilingual Spanish Creole Customer Service Representative in Miami.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Responding to incoming service calls
- Identify and evaluating end-user issues
- Supporting online completion of forms
Position Requirements Include:
- Bi-lingual Spanish or Creole speaking
- Ability to answer more complex questions submitted from Tier one
- Attention to detail and submitting information accurately
- Access to a computer and Internet connectivity
- Ability to primarily work from a script
