A staffing company needs applicants for an opening for a Bilingual Spanish Creole Customer Service Representative in Miami.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Responding to incoming service calls
• Identify and evaluating end-user issues
• Supporting online completion of forms

Position Requirements Include:

• Bi-lingual Spanish or Creole speaking
• Ability to answer more complex questions submitted from Tier one
• Attention to detail and submitting information accurately
• Access to a computer and Internet connectivity
• Ability to primarily work from a script
